Registration of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. plusph44 will suspend all accounts associated with the same individual, void all outstanding bonus claims, and may forfeit account balances at its sole discretion where duplicate accounts are detected.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account details at all times. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. plusph44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify plusph44 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your plusph44 Account or any rights thereunder to any third party. Any attempted transfer will render the Account subject to immediate closure.
plusph44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and supported cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin and USDT). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency conversions.

All Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or whose wagering requirements remain unmet after the applicable expiry date will be automatically removed from your Wallet. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

In the event of a malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, the game round may be voided and the wager refunded to your Wallet. plusph44's decision in such circumstances is final. Winnings paid as a result of a software error are not valid and may be recovered by plusph44.
